My boyfriend placed an order for the tahitian pearl with the bezel diamond, and while it seems a little smaller than my other 9 mm pearls the quality seems pretty good. Unfortunately the problem started when he requested and paid extra for a 22" chain however I received an 18" one. Once we noticed this he emailed angara and received an email linking him to a label with vague instructions on how to return it, but it didnt discuss weather i was returning the entire item or just the chain. I decided to call and see if there was a way to make this process simpler on myself considering this was part of an anniversary gift. Unfortunately, that was not the case. In fact i had to sit there taking pictures of it with a measuring tape and e-mail them to prove they had made a mistake. I dealt with a rep who spoke to me as if they're willingness to not charge me shipping to correct the mistake they mad3 was a grand gesture on their part. And when I asked if they could arrange for the jewelery to be picked up by ups the way tiffanny and even brilliant earth do, in order for me to avoid having to run back and forth and pay for fed ex to print a label they told me no. At best they are willing to return $11 dollars to the original buyer, who isn't me. This is truly a shame as I was so impressed with their packaging, but clearly their customer service leaves much to be desired. Because not only did they get the order incorrect, but now the toll of having to fix it falls on the recipient

I recently lost 30 lbs and did not know my new bra size. I ordered a bra size recommended to me by the Shapeez staff but it was too small. So of course at these prices, I wanted to return it. They talked me into exchanging it instead and recommended to me a different size but wanted me to stay with the small. I said I think I need a medium but they insisted on a small. I exchanged for a small but then when the new bra came, it was of course too small. I wanted to exchange for a medium-- what I thought I needed in the first place---- but now I needed to pay to send it back myself and then pay to have another one sent to me. What??? This day and age??? No free exchanges except for 1. So they wanted me to again guess a size that could be wrong that I will have to return myself. No way!! I returned it for a refund that took 1 month for me to get. Crappy customer service and company! Screw those policies ladies!! I went crazy on Honey Love buying and exchanging many times until I got the perfect bra size and was never charged once for my exchanges. Get out of the dark ages people!!! So unless you want to spend a lot of money on a bra and then a lot more money trying to find the correct size, BUYER BEWARE!!!

I honestly can’t believe how this has been handled. Due to unexpected personal circumstances, we had to move home before the end of our contract. We first contacted Hey! Broadband to cancel, then tried every possible alternative to avoid doing so. We asked to transfer the service to our new address, but were told Hey! Broadband doesn’t provide coverage there. We then asked if the account could be transferred to the new tenant moving into our previous property, so the service could continue. That was refused as well. After trying every reasonable option, we are still being asked to pay around £500 in early termination fees, despite the fact that Hey! Broadband cannot provide service at our new address and wouldn’t allow anyone else to take over the contract. We weren’t trying to get out of the contract for a better deal—we simply had to move and genuinely wanted to find a solution. Instead, every option was rejected and we were left with a huge bill. Extremely disappointing customer service. I would strongly encourage anyone considering a long-term contract to think carefully before signing.

a brand new pair of Reebok Classic Nylon 1-6604 was taken out of the box, worn the first time and both soles on the shoes became separated. Called Reebok support at 866-870-1743 and they ONLY handle those shoes which were directly ordered from their on-line site. so NO manufacturer warranty \ guarantee whatsoever from them. Must go back to where you originally purchased them. NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT AT ALL. WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER SHOE FROM THEM!!

The seller is very confident and reliable when providing information, as well as patient and extremely helpful with support. Furthermore, he is honest regarding both pricing and service. I bought an empty account created in 2008 and encountered no issues whatsoever; he answers all my questions promptly and even held the account I wanted until I was able to make the payment later.

I normally have a great experience with Turo however, my previous trip was absolutely a catastrophe. I received a vehicle that was shaking badly and had severe mechanical issues. The CV joints are broken and that can be a fatality. If you are driving you can lose your steering I did file a report however I haven’t received any follow up information.

Dan is an amazing instructor. His casual style makes the online format feel just like an in-person class. I started as a total beginner with Figma, but he explains everything so clearly and honestly (including his own recording bloopers/troubles) that I'm completely hooked and want to learn everything I can. I'm thoroughly enjoying this course!

They shipped the wrong product. I ordered two of their Santorini shirts. Short sleeve, band collar, linen. They sent me two long sleeve, regular collar shirts made of something else all together. I asked for a refund and was offered 15% or I could ship the shirts back myself (for an estimated $50) and get a full refund. Not acceptable options.

Its been fun using player2 for the short time i am allotted to use it. its a bit hard to rack up enough points to keep it running through a full Minecraft game session. Having more than one AI "playing" with me at a time was a little annoying as they overlap dialog when they interact with each other. still trying to fine tune them.
